One Dream (N.H.) Wins T.B.C. Boys NCAA West Championship

They Came. They Saw. They Conquered. That’s what the Granite State Gang did all weekend at The Basketball Circuit Championships in Westford, as One Dream (New Hampshire) captured the T.B.C. Boys NCAA West Division title.
As was the case all season long, One Dream was once again led led by Josh Tripp and Sam Surge.
Tripp, a tall guard, spent the weekend creating offense for the entire team as well as serving as One Dream’s anchor on the defensive end. Tripp grabbed defensive boards over bigs and started fast breaks with ease going the other way, turning defense into offense with regularity.
For Surge, the key words were: “Hustle, hustle hustle.” One Dream’s big man grabbed countless rebounds and especially owned the offensive glass, giving his team second, third and even fourth chance opportunities. Surge’s mid-range ability allowed One Dream’s offense to spread out efficiently and he demanded constant attention both around and away from the basket.
