Mass Pump n' Run captures T.B.C. Girls FIBA (7th/8th) Division Championship

The ladies from Mass Pump n’ Run capped a fantastic regular season at The Basketball Circuit by closing out the T.B.C. Tournament with the Girls FIBA (7th/8th) championship.

After a first round bye, Pump n’ Run outlasted a red-hot Elevation squad riding a wave of momentum fresh off a 42-14 first round win. After a back and fourth affair, Pump n’ Run pulled away down the stretch for a 38-27 win in Saturday’s semifinals, setting up a championship game showdown against Cap City - White in Sunday’s championship.

Saturday’s semifinals would prove to be the end of any doubt about Pump n’ Run’s drive to the championship. In the Girls FIBA CHIP Sunday afternoon, the final game of the T.B.C. Spring championships, Pump n’ Run won the opening tip and quickly turned it into a rout, cruising to a 33-7 win to secure the title.
